We helped them discover their confidence, create a plan for themselves and their team, and build trust in the team members’ ability to perform their jobs.

USA Rugby hired us to develop and run a team-building camp for the USA Men’s Eagles as their final training event before the 2019 Rugby World Cup. This 3-day event ran the professional athletes through rigorous and fun events built around team building and their first four opponents in the World Cup.
